Business Development, Marketing and Communications (BDMC) Coordinator Role Summary
An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking a Business Development, Marketing and Communications (BDMC) Coordinator to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to become a central part of a collaborative, multi-studio team.
The practice is open to appointing at either Coordinator or Senior Coordinator level, depending on the experience and expertise of the successful candidate.
The BDMC Coordinator will act as a key point of contact within the London studio, supporting the delivery of high-quality bids and marketing communications across both architecture and interior design. This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring a balance of creative input, strategic thinking and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the collation, design and production of bid documents, presentations and marketing collateral
- Maintain and update the practice website, intranet and photography archive
- Coordinate and organise professional photography shoots
- Support the planning and delivery of events
- Ensure marketing materials remain current, consistent and on brand
- Provide administrative support to the wider team when required
The Successful Candidate
- A minimum of two years’ experience in work-winning, marketing, communications or a related field
- Experience within the built environment or a creative industry is advantageous
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
- A genuine interest in architecture and design
- Excellent attention to detail across both visual and written work
- Proven experience collating and preparing bid submissions

- A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable but not essential
