CAD Technician role with a design-led studio based in Faversham, offering the opportunity to join a collaborative team known for its design excellence and high-end residential work. You will support the development of clear, well-structured templates, booklets and 3D drawings that communicate design intent with precision. As the role develops, you may also contribute to live projects, producing coordinated technical outputs, resolving detailing challenges and supporting delivery across later RIBA stages.

What We’re Looking For
- Accredited CAD Technician with a background in architecture, interior design or architectural technology
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant 3D modelling software
- Highly organised, methodical and detail-focused approach
- Genuine interest in how designs are built, detailed and installed
- Collaborative mindset and confidence working within a creative studio team
Location and Working Pattern
- Office-based role in Faversham, with some flexibility for working from home
- Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of East Kent
