Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
A fresh, fast-growing F&B brand is building out their in-house team with an ambitious Senior Interior Designer to lead on UK expansion projects. Based in their brand-new Liverpool Street studio, this is your chance to shape a defining interior style across high street locations.
They’ve got around 50 people in the office, a relaxed 4-day in-office rhythm (but nothing too rigid), and a fun, social culture. Think team drinks, city energy, great design chats – with a serious ambition to do things differently.
The Role
This is a lead design role that touches every stage of the process: From early concept and test fits, through to detailed drawings, FF&E, and site coordination. You’ll be deeply involved in delivering multiple UK-based projects that elevate everyday moments through great design.
You’ll be collaborating with internal teams across design, real estate, and brand — and you’ll have junior designers and external consultants looking to you for direction. UK-based experience is a must, especially with building regs, space planning and navigating rollouts.
What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years of interior design or architecture experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B, or retail
- Comfortable managing projects from concept through completion
- A strong balance of creative vision and technical know-how
- Confident communicator and team mentor
- Revit (BIM) proficiency is essential, plus Adobe CC, Bluebeam, and Google Suite
- Passion for design that makes a difference in everyday life
