A leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a reputation for excellence in high-end design and delivery is on the lookout for a talented Construction Manager to join their Dubai-based team. This is a key role for a driven and experienced professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
The Role:
You’ll be managing the construction phase of some of the region’s most exquisite residential and hospitality projects – think ultra-luxury villas (20m AED+ construction value) and 5-star hotels. The successful candidate will bring a depth of knowledge across both interiors and architectural design, ensuring delivery to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
What They’re Looking For:
A minimum of 15 years’ total experience within construction project management
Longevity in roles – we’re seeking individuals who have shown commitment (min. 5 years per role)
A consultancy background – not contractor – is a must
Strong on-site experience and a hands-on approach to managing teams and contractors
Proven experience across both interior fit-out and architectural design packages
Previous work on high-end regional projects, particularly luxury villas and 5* hotels
Solid UAE experience – understanding of local codes, regulations and project delivery
A collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary & Package:
Competitive salary 42,000 – 50,000 AED/month, depending on experience
