Salary Guide: £40,000 – £45,000 

Summary

A top AJ100 practice is looking for several qualified Contract Architects to work on their leading UK infrastructure projects on a temporary basis. The contract can either be a rolling per hour contract or a fixed term contract, depending on preference. The practice does not take on contractors outside IR35.
You must be proficient in Revit and Microstation, ready to jump straight in, with excellent technical ability working in Stages 3-4. Experience working on infrastructure projects is highly desirable, as is prior experience working on large complex projects such as hospitals, stadiums, data centres or industrial buildings.

This role will be based in the central London office, ideally with a start date of January 2023. The practice offers hybrid working (2-3 days working from home), high profile projects both in the UK and internationally and a friendly and sociable team.

The right person would ideally have:

• Have proficiency in Revit and Microstation, with a well-presented portfolio that showcases their technical skills
• Be ARB registered
• Have knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and Standards
• Possess good technical knowledge on packages and delivery
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have worked on UK projects, ideally Stages 3-4
• Have the right to live and work in the UK
