Contracts Executive & Bid Manager

Contracts Executive & Bid Manager required for a globally recognised hospitality interior design studio with a London presence. The studio delivers interiors for luxury hotels, resorts and branded residences worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected international design practice and play a key role supporting the operational and commercial success of the London studio.
Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will take ownership of contract development, contract administration and bid management, ensuring the business operates efficiently and compliantly across its portfolio of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Development & Management
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements including client contracts, consultant appointments and vendor contracts
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, regulatory frameworks and internal company policies
- Manage contract amendments, extensions and terminations where required
- Maintain a centralised contract repository and track key milestones such as renewals, deliverables and deadlines
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Bid & Proposal Management (RFP)
- Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of bids, proposals and tender responses
- Work closely with senior leaders and internal project teams to develop clear, compelling and commercially strong bid content
- Ensure submissions comply with client requirements, procurement processes and industry standards
- Coordinate timelines and ensure tender documentation is delivered accurately and on schedule
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum three years’ experience within bids or contracts administration in the built environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
