HAUS Careers is proud to be working with a highly respected, design-led architecture practice in East London to recruit a Contract Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect to join their team on an immediate basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional with strong Revit skills to support the delivery of a range of hotel, office, and residential projects. The initial contract is 4–6 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension or even a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person.
The Role
You’ll be supporting project teams by producing high-quality technical drawing packages and existing building drawings, working closely with senior architects to help deliver projects efficiently and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture, has excellent attention to detail, and can quickly become a valuable member of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed Revit drawing packages across live projects
- Create and coordinate existing building drawings
- Assist with the technical delivery of hotel, office, and residential schemes
- Develop and maintain accurate Revit models
- Work collaboratively with architects and consultants
- Ensure drawing information is produced to a high technical standard
About You
- Part II Architectural Assistant or ARB Registered Architect
- Previous UK architectural practice experience
- Excellent Revit skills (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge and experience producing drawing packages
- Experience working on hotel, commercial office, or residential projects
- A good listener who takes direction well and works collaboratively
- Positive attitude with a proactive and reliable approach
- Available to start ASAP
