Contract Revit Architect for AJ 100 Practice – Short Term Basis (ASAP Start)

Contract Type: Contract position, hourly rate under Umbrella or Fixed-Term Contract (PAYE)

Salary Guide: £20 – £25 per hour

Summary

A large technical award-winning studio specialising in large-scale master planning and commercial projects is seeking a talented Revit Contract Architect to join their team and contribute to their growing project demands. The practice comprises a diverse and international team, consisting of both permanent and contract staff, and operates across various sectors including commercial office, retail, education, and mixed-use developments.

The right candidate should be:

• Strong technical knowledge and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Demonstrated advanced understanding of architectural building materials and finishes.
• Experience in design-led commercial projects would be beneficial.
• Excellent design and graphic presentation skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles in practice.
• Preferred experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
