Contract Revit Architect or Technician for Leading AJ100 Practice to Work on PAYE – Immediate Start

Contract position, for per hour under Umbrella, or FTC on PAYE

Salary Guide: Dependant on experience £20-25ph

Summary

An award-winning studio providing large scale master planning, and commercial projects is seeking a new team member to help them with their growing project demands. The practice is a talented and international team, with a mix of permanent and contract staff, working across multiple sectors from commercial office, retail,  education and mixed use. They are currently seeking talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic technical Contract Revit Architects and/or Technicians to join their central London studio.

Key responsibilities:

• Strong technical knowledge and a good eye for detail
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Ability to demonstrate an advanced understanding of architectural building materials and finishes.
• Experience in design led commercial projects would be beneficial
• Excellent design and graphic presentation skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles in practice
• Sketch up and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
