Salary Guide: £28,000 – £32,000

Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an amabitious and creative Architectural Assistant – part II or Architectural Designer – to join a  small and friendly South East London practice on their highly renowned projects.

The right person must:

• Have at least two years working in practice, and understanding UK building regulations and rules.
• Be proficient in Vectorworks and Adobe Suite
• Ideally with experience across all RIBA work stages, and across a mixture of project sectors
• Experience working well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentational skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Possess the ability to mutli task and manage your own time, to work across multiple projects at a time from inception through to completion.

This is an opening for an ambitious and colourful in character part ii or Architectural Design, design-led individual with a passion for architecture. You will be joining a small team, less than 10 people, with good benefits offered and scope for career growth.
