We’re working with one of the industry’s most respected and forward-thinking interior design studios who are looking for a strong Middleweight Interior Designer. They are known for their bold use of materiality, tactility, and bespoke detailing across luxury hospitality projects globally.
Founded by creatives from some of the top international studios, their portfolio is packed with high-end hotels, resorts, wellness spaces, bars, and kids’ zones, with a strong emphasis on pushing boundaries in furniture design and joinery.
About the Studio
This is a studio built on passion for materials, storytelling, and creating beautifully tactile spaces. Their open-plan studio features a large island draped in curated samples and a tastefully designed kitchen with shelves displaying the latest materials for inspiration.

The Role
We are looking for a creative Middleweight or Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally in high-end hospitality. You’ll play a key role in:
- Designing fully bespoke joinery and furniture pieces
- Working closely with suppliers across Europe, maintaining top-tier relationships
- Collaborating with the CAD team who handle full technical production
- Supporting the founders and stepping in on international site visits – all expenses covered
- Bringing a proactive, can-do attitude
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in high-end hospitality design
- Exceptional eye for detail, materials, and furniture design
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Confident communicator with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Bonus if based in LA, Miami, Singapore, or Hong Kong with relevant regional experience – visa sponsorship available for the right talent
