An award-winning studio is seeking a Creative Senior Interior Designer to join its renowned team in Kensington, London. About the Role
As Creative Senior Interior Designer, you’ll lead design direction across a range of hospitality and residential projects, shaping each scheme from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate closely with Directors and Associates, mentoring the wider team and helping drive the studio’s signature aesthetic and creative excellence. This is a hands-on, studio-based role offering both leadership responsibility and design freedom.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the concept and creative direction for multiple international projects
- Source and curate materials, furniture, and artwork to enrich the studio’s design language
- Design and develop bespoke joinery, lighting, and furniture pieces
- Confidently present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee project delivery from inception through installation
- Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and design intent packages
- Mentor junior and middleweight designers, fostering creative collaboration
- Streamline workflows to enhance creative output and delivery quality
About You
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, with at least 4 years in luxury residential or high-end hospitality design
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent understanding of FF&E design, space planning, and technical documentation
- Strong creative vision with an exceptional eye for colour, proportion, and detailing
- Confident communicator and natural leader, comfortable presenting to clients
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, and passionate about design storytelling
- Driven, enthusiastic, and dedicated to craftsmanship and quality

- Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (DOE)
