Creative Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
Senior Interior Designer opportunity for a concept-driven, passionate creative who wants to push boundaries and shape projects through storytelling and bold vision. This is not a team management role but a chance to design with intent and originality.
Responsibilities
- Designing bespoke joinery, FF&E, and furniture pieces with originality and intent
- Confidently guiding clients to make the right design decisions
- Acting as a key client-facing designer, with directors stepping in only at critical project touchpoints
- Collaborating with the in-house CAD and technical teams for smooth delivery
- Building strong relationships with European suppliers and makers
- Travelling internationally for fully expensed project site visits
- Working collaboratively with a tight-knit team of 25, united by design excellence
If you bring the vision, confidence, and drive, there’s a clear path to promotion to Senior Associate after 6 months.

- Creative thinker with a strong eye for materiality, tactility, and spatial composition
- Resilient, approachable, and positive in handling challenges
- Confident client-facing skills; persuasive, clear, and passionate about materiality
- Proactive, full of ideas, and able to take ownership of work
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a studio 5 days a week
- Bonus if based in Hong Kong, Singapore, LA, or Miami with relevant experience – visa sponsorship available
