About the Role
As a Creative Support Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Identify top creative support talent in admin, marketing, and HR for design firms
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Provide industry insights and career advice to candidates
- Work collaboratively with our team of ex-industry professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in architecture, interior design, or creative support is a plus
- A confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, goal-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities
- A natural people person with excellent interpersonal skills
- No prior recruitment experience required – we provide full training!
