They are seeking a Delivery Architect (0-3 years post-Part III) to join their growing team, focusing on the delivery stages of complex mixed-use residential schemes.
This is a superb opportunity for a recently qualified architect to gain valuable experience on the technical and delivery side of significant projects, within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Key requirements for this Delivery Architect Role:
ARB and RIBA registered Architect
0-3 years of proven post-Part III experience
Experience delivering medium to large-scale mixed-use residential projects (RIBA Stages 3-5)
Strong technical and detailing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
Experience managing internal project teams and coordinating with external consultants
Good time management skills and understanding of project programming
Solid knowledge of current Building Regulations and statutory standards
Proficiency in Revit is preferred
