HAUS Careers is working with a top-tier architecture practice looking for a Technical Delivery Architect with exceptional Stage 3, 4, and 5 and great Revit experience to join their London-based team. Delivery Architect Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and delivery for residential projects, ensuring smooth progress through RIBA Stages 3-5.
Produce high-quality construction drawings, detailing, and specifications in line with UK regulations.
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless on-site coordination.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning policies, and industry best practices.
Problem-solve on-site issues, offering practical, buildable solutions.
Support the practice’s ethos of delivering high-quality, sustainable, and well-designed residential architecture.
About You
ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience in the UK.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and residential construction methodologies.
Exceptional technical skills, particularly in Stage 4/5 production (detailed design, construction packages).
Proficiency in Revit
Previous experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
A strong communicator and natural problem-solver, able to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors.
