Delivery Associate Role Summary:
HAUS Careers are proud to be working with a leading SW London-based architecture practice who are seeking a Delivery Associate. Renowned for delivering large-scale, high-profile residential and mixed-use projects. You will play a senior role in the technical delivery and management of complex residential schemes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect to step into a leadership position within a respected and progressive studio, overseeing project delivery from design development through to completion.
Delivery Associate Key Requirements:
ARB and RIBA registered Architect
Significant post-Part III experience, ideally in a senior/delivery-focused role
Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale mixed-use residential projects (RIBA Stages 3-5)
Strong technical expertise and detailing ability, with a focus on buildability and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Confidence in managing client, consultant, and contractor relationships throughout the delivery process
Extensive experience managing project teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary consultants
Advanced organisational and time management skills, with experience overseeing project programmes and deadlines
In-depth understanding of current Building Regulations and statutory standards
High proficiency in Revit is preferred
