Salary Guide: £45,000 – £52,000  depending on experience

Summary

A leading design and build company in Wimbledon, London is currently seeking an experienced Delivery On Site Architect to join their residential team. They specialize in house and home extensions, with particular expertise in Victorian side returns.

Responsibilities:

• Work on-site with builders and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Problem-solve and provide technical support to the construction team
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs and requirements are met

Requirements:

• Experience working on residential projects, particularly house and home extensions
• Ability to work on-site with builders and contractors
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Proficient in relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
