They are seeking a talented Design Architect (0-3 years post-Part III) to join their vibrant team, working on large-scale, mixed-use residential projects at the forefront of the industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified architect to step into a pivotal role within a practice celebrated for its collaborative ethos and innovative design approach.
Key requirements for this Design Architect Role:
ARB and RIBA registered Architect
0-3 years of proven post-Part III experience
Experience on medium to large-scale mixed-use residential projects (RIBA Stages 0-3)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in chairing Design Team Meetings and Workshops
Experience in a client-facing role, managing day-to-day communications with clients and external consultants
Strong capability in managing internal project teams and coordinating with external consultants
Robust time management skills and experience in design programming
Strong design flair and attention to detail
Solid understanding of current Building Regulations and other statutory standards and guidance
Proficiency in Revit is preferred
