This is a senior leadership position within a well-established and widely respected studio known for its exquisite, high-end interiors.
The Role
As Design Director, you will lead by example, combining hands-on design excellence with strategic and team management responsibilities. This is a unique chance to shape the creative vision of the studio while mentoring and guiding a talented team of designers and architects. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and be instrumental in delivering prestigious international residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience at director or senior associate level within a high-end interior design practice
- A strong portfolio of luxury residential and/or hospitality projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Confident client-facing presence with the ability to pitch and present ideas
- Strong technical and FF&E knowledge
- A refined eye for detail and luxury craftsmanship
- Experience overseeing large-scale projects from concept to completion
