Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implement efficient project management methodologies and tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to design teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to project and time management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience, ideally with around 10 years post-graduation experience. At least 4 years of experience in the UK.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering strong relationships with team members and clients.
