With an expanding portfolio of hotel and lifestyle projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a creative in-house design team driving forward the next generation of guest experiences.
They’re seeking a Design Manager to take ownership of design quality and delivery across multiple projects — from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will be both creatively ambitious and commercially grounded, with the ability to bring design concepts to life while maintaining a sharp focus on operational excellence.
The Role
Lead the creation and implementation of brand and design standards across a portfolio of hospitality projects.
Oversee design development from early concept to handover, ensuring design intent, buildability, and budgets are aligned.
Collaborate with internal teams — including development, operations, and procurement — as well as external architects, contractors, and consultants.
Direct the design of guest rooms, public areas, and amenities that reflect the brand’s vision and enhance the guest experience.
Prepare and present design documentation, mood boards, and material samples for internal and senior review.
Provide technical oversight, reviewing drawings, joinery details, and specifications to ensure quality and consistency.
Research and specify materials, finishes, and FF&E with a focus on sustainability, durability, and value.
Carry out site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design standards are achieved.
About You
A design professional with 5+ years’ experience in hospitality or high-end residential environments.
Confident leading multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced development settings.
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communicator with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external partners.
Commercially astute — able to balance creativity with cost efficiency and operational practicality.
A hands-on, collaborative designer who enjoys working across concept, detail, and delivery.
What You’ll Bring
A strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual and completed design work.
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
A proactive mindset and passion for creating inspiring hospitality spaces.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking hospitality group where design sits at the heart of every project. You’ll be part of a talented team with the scope to influence and develop innovative environments that define modern guest experiences.
