With a growing pipeline of hotel and lifestyle projects, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a creative in-house design team shaping the future of guest experiences.
They are now looking for a Design Manager to take ownership of design quality and delivery across multiple projects — from early concept through to completion. This role would suit someone who is creatively driven yet commercially savvy, with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for detail.
The Role
Lead the development and implementation of brand and design standards across a portfolio of hospitality projects.
Manage the design process from concept to handover, ensuring alignment across design intent, buildability and budgets.
Work closely with internal teams including development, operations and procurement, alongside external architects, consultants and contractors.
Direct the design of guest rooms, public spaces and amenities to ensure they enhance the overall guest experience and reflect brand values.
Prepare and present design packages, mood boards and material samples for internal and senior stakeholder review.
Provide technical oversight, reviewing drawings, joinery details and specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
Research and specify materials, finishes and FF&E with sustainability, durability and value in mind.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues and ensure standards are met on site.
About You
A design professional with 5+ years’ experience within hospitality or high-end residential environments.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced development setting.
Strong technical skills across AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
A confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance creativity, cost control and operational practicality.
Hands-on, collaborative and equally happy working across concept, detail and delivery stages.
What You’ll Bring
A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and delivered projects.
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
A proactive mindset and genuine passion for creating memorable hospitality environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking hospitality group where design is central to every decision. You’ll be part of a talented team with real influence over innovative, contemporary spaces that define modern guest experiences.
