HAUS careers is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a highly respected and innovative architectural practice based in Central London. Our client is a small, close-knit team that specialises in commercial, heritage, and conservation sectors, and has a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across London.

Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on projects at stage 4/5, from design development to construction completion. You will be working closely with the team to deliver projects to the highest standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•  Managing design development and construction phases
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
• Coordinating with contractors and other consultants
• Producing and reviewing technical drawings and specifications
• Maintaining accurate project documentation
• Managing project budgets and schedules

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience post qualification
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
• Experience on stage 4/5 projects
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• Experience in commercial, heritage, and conservation sectors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
