Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technician with 20 years of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing technical drawings and models using Revit or ArchiCAD software. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team that is passionate about delivering exceptional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing technical drawings and models using Revit or ArchiCAD software.
• Preparing detailed construction drawings for commercial retrofit projects.
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients as required.
• Reviewing and checking drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Around 20 years of post-qualification experience in practice
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
• Strong technical drawing skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience working on commercial retrofit projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
