About the BIM Manager Role

HAUS Careers is delighted to partner with an esteemed architecture firm in search of the best BIM Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to take on a pivotal role within a leading architectural practice.

Key BIM Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows across the architectural practice.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes in all project phases.
  • Manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Utilise Dynamo to enhance and automate BIM processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in project delivery.
  • Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure alignment and consistency in BIM execution.
  • Monitor and enforce BIM standards and quality control measures to maintain the highest level of project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technology and methodologies, implementing new tools and practices as appropriate.

BIM Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager in an architectural setting.
  • Expertise in Revit and Dynamo, with a strong understanding of their application in architectural projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, always seeking to improve and streamline processes.
