A design-led architecture practice based in West London that specialises in commercial and cultural projects is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant, or overseas equivalent, to join their team.

Their global portfolio of work focuses on delivering innovative and high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of their clients and the wider community. Their projects regularly feature in all the leading design magazines, so this is a great opportunity to work on high profile projects!

Requirements:

  • Work within a team to develop innovative and creative design solutions for commercial and cultural projects
  • Produce high-quality 3D models and drawings using Revit and Rhino software
  • Assist with the preparation of design presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external consultants
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Part II qualification or overseas equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on design-led projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and AutoCAD
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
