The Role
The practice is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join its St Albans team, working primarily on education-sector projects. You’ll help shape inspiring, high-quality learning environments while gaining hands-on experience across multiple stages of design and delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with architects, designers and the in-house sustainability team, contributing to projects that place students, teachers and communities at the heart of the design process.
Responsibilities
Assist with concept design, technical stages and project delivery for education schemes
Produce coordinated drawings and models in Revit
Contribute to user-focused design discussions and stakeholder engagement
Support research, detailing, materials and presentation outputs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sustainability specialists
Uphold the studio’s commitment to low-carbon, socially responsible architecture
About You
Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant
Proficient in Revit, with demonstrable project experience
Passionate about education design and creating inspiring learning environments
Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to grow within a supportive, collaborative studio
Interested in sustainable, low-energy design principles
