Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant with an interest in healthcare and industrial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team of creatives in Central London who all work across various aspects of the design process in a very holistic manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional healthcare designs.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using Vectorworks
• Contribute to design meetings, presentations, and client consultations.
• Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and regulations relevant to healthcare design.
• Support project management activities, including coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of design proposals, reports, and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.

Skills and qualifications: 

• 2 years professional experience as a Part II Architectural Assistant.
• Strong proficiency in Vectorworks software for technical drawing and 3D modelling.
• Experience producing tender packages in the Healthcare and Industrial sector.
• Excellent design and visualisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Good understanding of healthcare design principles and regulations.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as within a friendly team
• Eligibility to work in the UK
