Summary

A high-end residential practice in West London is currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on luxury villas and residential projects in London and abroad, utilising their expertise in Vectorworks and leading a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-end residential projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design briefs, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, maintaining effective communication and managing expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative design solutions into projects to ensure they are cutting-edge and unique.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ Years post Part III
• Proven experience as a Project Architect, working on high-end residential projects, luxury villas, and other similar sectors.
• Proficient in Vectorworks software, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in using the software for design and documentation.
• Ability to lead a team, providing guidance, mentoring, and supervision to junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
