FF and E Interior Role Summary
A leading interior architecture and design studio in Bahrain is seeking an experienced FF and E Interior Designer to join its growing, design-led team. With a strong pipeline of high-end residential and hospitality projects across the Middle East, they are looking for someone with a refined European sensibility, deep product knowledge, and a passion for curating beautiful, functional spaces through FF and E.
This is not just a procurement role. The studio is seeking a creative thinker who inspires through materiality, understands how to balance off-the-shelf with bespoke, and confidently collaborates with international suppliers and artisans to deliver elevated interiors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support FF and E design for high-end residential and hospitality interiors
- Curate and source FF and E from global suppliers, with a focus on European brands and bespoke makers
- Collaborate with interior designers and clients to align FF and E with the overarching design narrative
- Specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and art
- Create mood boards, finishes boards, and detailed FF and E schedules
- Liaise with procurement teams, suppliers, and fabricators across Europe and beyond
- Stay ahead of trends, materials, and innovations in international FF and E
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in FF and E interior design, with a strong portfolio of high-spec projects
- Excellent knowledge of European brands, makers, and design trends
- Experience balancing bespoke design with off-the-shelf procurement
- Creative vision with the ability to inspire and elevate team design direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and FF and E scheduling tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for craft, finishes, and furniture
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with international suppliers, consultants, and clients
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East is a plus
