Graphic Designer Role Summary

A well-established, design-led practice of over 200 employees is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in London. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role suited to a designer who thrives on variety, values brand consistency, and enjoys working closely with colleagues across a multidisciplinary studio.

The Graphic Designer will play a central role in shaping and delivering high-quality visual communications across digital, print collateral. From marketing campaigns and thought leadership to bids, events, and exhibitions, the role demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

A key focus of the role is maintaining and evolving a cohesive brand identity. The Graphic Designer will ensure all outputs are aligned with established brand guidelines, while also contributing creative thinking to enhance and refine the visual language across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and refine a suite of branded templates and design assets, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the studio
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and thought leadership publications
  • Create visually engaging presentations for business development, client proposals, bids, and industry events
  • Design graphics, animations, and digital assets for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns
  • Support the evolution of the corporate brand across marketing, internal communications, and event materials
  • Produce engaging visual collateral for events, exhibitions, and internal social initiatives
  • Collaborate with bid teams to support the design and quality control of tenders when require

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • A Graphic Design degree or relevant equivalent qualifications.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably within Marketing.
  • Previous experience working within an architecture studio is desirable.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Affinity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to use initiative and to work autonomously. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
