The Head of Business Development will drive strategy, forge new relationships, and identify opportunities across the UK and international markets – with a particular focus on high-net-worth and UHNW clients in the Gulf Region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the business development strategy across luxury residential and international design markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, developers, and industry partners
- Represent the brand at international design events, networking forums, and client meetings
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to align business and design goals
- Identify and pursue emerging opportunities within the luxury property and interior design sectors
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
The Successful Candidate
- Proven experience as a Head of Business Development or senior commercial leader within design, property, or luxury industries
- Extensive network of high-value contacts within the UK and international UHNW markets
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and revenue pipelines
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about luxury interiors, architecture, and exceptional design experiences
- Strategic, charismatic, and able to inspire confidence across all levels of the business
