An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a confident and design-driven Head of Showroom Projects to lead the global showroom strategy for a world-renowned, luxury interiors house. This is a pivotal role, managing the delivery and renovation of their international spaces while upholding an iconic aesthetic standard that has become synonymous with their name.
The Showroom Designer Role
You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of meticulously designed showrooms across key global cities, ensuring each one reflects the brand’s distinctive creative identity. From rollout to refurbishment, your remit will cover full project lifecycle management, coordinating internal and external teams, liaising with senior stakeholders, and ensuring brand integrity is maintained at every stage.
With conceptual direction provided by a well-established creative studio in London, your focus will be on execution, delivering elegant, polished spaces that meet both practical and aesthetic benchmarks. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team and collaborate closely with senior leadership, including key members of the founding family.
This is a high-level position requiring someone with strong vision, organisational prowess, and an eye for luxury detail. You’ll typically manage 1–2 showroom openings a year, alongside the ongoing refinement of an existing international portfolio.
About You
- A naturally refined design eye, immaculate taste and obsessive attention to detail are non-negotiable.
- Demonstrable experience leading international luxury retail or showroom projects
- Confident managing consultants, contractors, and internal teams to bring ambitious projects to life.
- Organised and solutions-oriented, with a proven ability to hit deadlines and manage complex logistics across time zones.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with the London-based creative team and presenting to C-suite level stakeholders.
- Architectural training or strong spatial sensibility preferred.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, you get things done and elevate the outcome in the process.
