Collaborating closely with Directors, Associates, and the Studio & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring business priorities are met and the studio remains a welcoming space for all.

Key Responsibilities for this HR Manager Role

  • HR Coordination: Lead by example in fostering a positive studio culture, managing welfare, and supporting employee development within the realm of architects, architecture, and designers.
  • Studio Management: Oversee facilities, client hospitality, and health & safety initiatives alongside the Studio & Marketing Coordinator, ensuring a conducive environment for architects, architecture, and designers.
  • Financial Oversight: Partner with the Coordinator to maintain day-to-day finances, manage cash flow, and liaise with external accountants, all tailored to the needs of architects, architecture, and designers.
