A rustic but timeless high-end residential studio is seeking a creative and vibrant Interior Architect. This North West London based studio has a focus on blending modern aesthetics with a respect for historical elements and sustainable practices. This is a full time position working with a small and talented team of 10. This role requires someone with at least 4 years of site experience and is seeking a professional that is a strong client facer. Interior Architect Job Description

  • Lead and oversee design projects with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
  • Assist in client presentations and contribute to business growth initiatives.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Engage and sustain client relationships to uphold the brand’s exceptional reputation.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and enforce compliance with internal controls.
  • Exemplify professionalism and excellence, serving as a role model for colleagues.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of budgets and maintain commercial awareness.
  • Review technical drawings and oversee on-site implementation for quality assurance.

Skills Necessary for this Interior Architect Role

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the residential sector
  • Must have at least 4 years on site experience
  • Must be a confident client facer
  • Proficiency in Vectorwork and Adobe CS is crucial.
  • Good knowledge of FF&E and unique styling
  • Experience working on a grade 2 listed building is highly favourable
  • Exceptional conceptual and presentation skills.
  • Experience or a strong interest in sustainable design practices
  • Strong understanding of all project stages.
  • Hands-on and versatile with an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Effective multitasking with a proactive use of initiative.
  • Confident in direct communication with clients and contractors.
