Interior Architect Role Summary
High-End Private Residential and Developments
A design-led North London Design and Build firm is looking for a technically strong Interior Architect to support the delivery of high-end private residential projects. With multiple schemes underway, they are seeking someone confident across technical stages and detail-focused.
The role:
- Produce detailed drawing packages across all project stages
- Prepare RCPs, floor plans, and technical joinery drawings
- Translate design intent into accurate construction information
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Support project delivery through to completion
Key requirements:
- Strong technical experience within high-end residential
- Proven ability to produce full drawing packages
- Experience with RCPs, schedules, and bespoke detailing
- Confident coordinating with external consultants
- Excellent AutoCAD skills (essential)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite
