Interior Designer Role Summary

A renowned international architecture and design studio based in Northwest London is on the lookout for a talented Interior Designer with FF&E expertise to join their dynamic team. With a strong design ethos and projects spanning from Europe to the Middle East and Africa, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark on high-profile, design-led workplace interiors.

The Interior Designer Role:

This position is all about curating exceptional interiors. You’ll be leading the charge on FF&E from concept to install — selecting pieces that don’t just look the part but also tell a story. Think global HQs for major brands, bespoke joinery, and spaces where every detail is obsessively considered.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6–8 years’ experience post-graduation, ideally in high-end, large-scale workplace projects
  • Proven ability to lead on FF&E schemes from concept through to delivery
  • Confidence in joinery detailing, material palettes, and the finer things (with a sharp eye for colour and finish)
  • Strong design research skills, you’re great at creating mood boards, diving into site context, and setting a creative direction
  • Familiar with UK building regs and RIBA work stages
  • Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with contractors on site
  • Freehand sketching skills would be a bonus!

Tools of the trade:

  • Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Visualisation tools like SketchUp, Enscape or similar

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Discretionary performance bonus
  • 20 days holiday + 3 additional days over Christmas
  • Office snacks, drinks, and team socials
  • Professional memberships paid
  • CPD support and regular training
  • TOIL system for approved overtime
  • Full-time role in a stunning Northwest London studio – collaborative, hands-on, and inspiring

This studio is big on design integrity, creative exploration, and building lasting architecture. If you’re a passionate interiors professional with a flair for FF&E and a love for design that transforms space, we’d love to hear from you.
