IT Support Role Summary
A renowned architecture and interior design studio in Central London is seeking an IT Support to join their team, working closely alongside the IT Manager and provide consistent and thorough technology guidance and assistance to the whole office. This is a part-time role, 3 days a week. Salary is £35,000 FTE.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing face-to-face and remote support to staff, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues on MacOS devices effectively and efficiently
- Supporting hardware maintenance and updates
- Keeping accurate records of hardware and software
- Troubleshooting basic network issues
- Recording and logging requests on database
- Administering and troubleshooting Office 365 applications, including Exchange and Teams
- Ensuring that tasks are prioritised and organised efficiently
- Administration, stock and consumables support
- Setting up equipment for new starters, meetings and presentations
- Administering and overseeing a Jamf environment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting management with any other duties that may arise
- Providing clear and simple instruction to non-technical audience
The successful candidate:

- Have a genuine interest in IT and be a natural problem-solver.
- Be resourceful and positive, well-informed with a hands-on approach.
- Proven experience of successfully resolving issues and implementing systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and have the ability to work in the UK
- Exposure to a VOIP telephony platform, network management software and NAS is not essential, though advantageous.
- Experience with SME cloud storage solutions, such as Dropbox, and familiarity of AI will also be beneficial.
