Junior BIM / Revit Technician Role Summary
An award-winning London architecture practice is looking for a Junior BIM / Revit Technician to join its collaborative and design-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who’s eager to develop their technical and digital design skills while contributing to projects that make a positive social and environmental impact.
The Role
You’ll support architects and designers across all stages of projects, helping to deliver coordinated, high-quality Revit models and technical documentation. Working within an experienced team, you’ll gain exposure to a range of projects — from housing and retrofit to community, education, and mixed-use developments — and play a key part in the digital design process.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and coordinate Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation
Assist in maintaining BIM standards, templates, and project workflows
Support senior team members with model audits, clash detection, and coordination
Collaborate with consultants to exchange and integrate digital models
Contribute to the ongoing development of digital design tools and workflows within the practice
About You
Proficient in Revit (academic, placement, or professional experience considered)
Detail-oriented with strong drafting and modelling skills
Good understanding of digital design and BIM processes
Eager to learn and develop within a professional studio environment
Collaborative, organised, and proactive in approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
What’s on Offer
Salary between £38,000 – £45,000, depending on experience
