Summary
A large interdisciplinary practice in Central London, with a diverse team covering Architecture, Landscape and Urban designers, is seeking to grow its Landscape team. They are seeking permanent team members from graduates to CMLI accredited Landscape Architects. This is a great time to join the team as they expand due to an increase in projects, and are looking to hire at multiple levels.
The right candidate will require:
- Existing experience working on UK housing and urban regeneration projects, obviously depending on your level this could be a year post graduate or 5+ years for the senior role
- Be comfortable with a hands-on role, getting stuck into multiple award-winning projects across the practice
- Good communication skills are essential to collaborating with the rest of the team. Also for the senior role, strong communication skills will be required for the running of consultation meetings and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Be proficient in AutCAD, Revit, Adobce CS and Sketchup – please highlight in your application your skill level for each
- A post-graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or similar is required and a background in architecture is highly desirable
- or the more senior CMLI accredited roles, please also include in your application a summary of any team leadership or mentoring you may have carried out
The Practice:
Is based in Central London, with great transport links, both overground and on tube line. They have a lovely big open plan office, with communal kitchens and break out spaces, and social room with football tables and a dart board. It’s really great place to work. The landscape team is also a great sub-area of the office, flourished with desk and hanging plants.
They also offer one day a week hybrid remote working, in addition to a great package and competitive salary.
