A Lighting Project Manager is required for a high-end home technology consultancy renowned for creating extraordinary lighting schemes for prestigious residences and superyachts. This pivotal role sits at the centre of high-end projects in the UK and abroad, ensuring inspired lighting design is matched by flawless delivery.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leading Lighting Designers while navigating the realities and complexities of project delivery. The role suits someone with a keen eye for detail, strong numerical ability and problem-solving skills, who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering at the highest level.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the delivery of lighting packages, ensuring equipment arrives on time and in the correct place. The Project Manager will communicate clearly with internal teams, external partners and clients, proactively identifying issues and ensuring seamless coordination. Site visits are essential to understand installations first-hand and support wider project teams.
As the key point of contact for all lighting-related matters during the construction phase, the Project Manager will work closely with technical design teams, manage deliverables and build a strong understanding of the systems being installed.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all contract deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Managing changes and advising clients on cost and programme implications
- Acting as the primary contact for all lighting matters
- Investigating and resolving lighting-related queries
- Maintaining alignment across internal and external teams
- Setting and managing deadlines
- Translating client requirements into clear actions
- Developing a thorough understanding of the systems being delivered
