We’re working with a boutique, multi-disciplinary design studio based in the heart of London, known for delivering couture-level design across both luxury hospitality and residential projects. With live projects across the globe, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Interior Designer with 2–4 years’ experience to join a fast-growing, highly creative team.

If you’re driven by craft, concept, and quality, and enjoy a full-spectrum role that blends creativity with delivery, this studio could be the perfect fit.

About the Luxury Interior Designer Role

You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering unique, design-led interiors from pre-acquisition advice through to handover. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in the entire lifecycle of luxury projects, designing bespoke interiors, overseeing FF&E, and liaising with artisans and craftspeople around the world.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own packages, take creative ownership, and grow with the practice as they expand globally.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Luxury Interior Designer Role

Creative:

  • Develop concept interiors with mood boards, sketches, models and material palettes
  • Translate design intent into SketchUp visuals and detailed presentation packs
  • Source and specify bespoke finishes, lighting, joinery, and FF&E
  • Design and detail unique, handcrafted items with fabricators and artisans
  • Manage FF&E tender processes, budgets, and procurement
  • Lead on styling, dressing, and final handover stages

Technical:

  • Assist with technical drawing packages for tender and construction
  • Prepare schedules (finishes, door, ironmongery, etc.)
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and the in-house architecture and PM teams
  • Ensure design intent is protected from early stage through to site
  • Problem-solve technical issues and maintain the highest quality during delivery

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience working in the UK on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors
  • Comfortable running small-to-medium projects and working closely with clients
  • Excellent AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite skills
  • Knowledge of UK building regs and a confident understanding of construction stages
  • FF&E experience, including bespoke and off-the-shelf specification
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • A proactive, “can-do” team player with strong organisational skills

Why Apply?

  • Join a design-led studio delivering work that blends craftsmanship, elegance, and technical excellence
  • Contribute to international projects across multiple sectors
  • Be part of a young, growing practice with genuine career development opportunities
  • Enjoy a hybrid working setup, balanced with in-studio creative collaboration
  • Work in a team that values personality, personal ownership, and polished design

To Apply

Please send your CV and portfolio showcasing relevant high-end interiors, including examples of both concept design and technical/FF&E delivery.
