Luxury Interior Designer
A Luxury Interior Designer is needed for a boutique high-end studio known for its exquisitely detailed residential work and beautifully considered hospitality and F&B projects. Their portfolio is refined, deeply creative, and crafted with a level of care that has earned them a loyal HNW client base.
They’re now looking for a strong creative Mid-Weight or new Senior Interior Designer to become a long-term cornerstone of their close-knit team – someone who brings genuine flair, curiosity, and the confidence to communicate their creative thinking with impact.
This role is perfect for a designer who loves scheming, storytelling, FF&E, and elevating spaces with intelligent design detail. You’ll be joining a studio where creativity is celebrated, ideas are nurtured, and personal growth is actively encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative & FF&E Excellence
- Lead and support concept creation, FF&E sourcing, finishes palettes and narrative development.
- Contribute bold ideas with the ability to articulate your design thinking clearly and confidently.
- Craft interior schemes with a meticulous eye for detail, materiality and luxury craftsmanship.
Project Ownership
- Work across multiple stages of high-end residential and hospitality projects – ideally having completed 4 to 5 projects from concept through installation.
- Own your deliverables, from drawing packages and schedules to design coordination and supplier liaison.
- Support senior leadership while also taking the lead on designated project areas or smaller projects.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Guide junior designers and freelancers where needed.
- Produce accurate sketches, drawings and CAD packages to the studio’s high standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, contractors, suppliers and the internal team.
- Keep projects on track with strong organisation, initiative and follow-through.
What They’re Looking For
- 3 to 5+ years’ experience in luxury high-end residential projects (HNW essential) with additional hospitality or F&B exposure.
- Strong FF&E knowledge including sourcing, specifying, materials, finishes and suppliers.
- Ability to demonstrate creative flair and conceptual ability – your work should show personality, rigour and sensitivity.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Confident hand-sketching skills with the ability to communicate design intent beautifully.
- Technical competence with drawings, detailing and reading architectural information.
- Experience overseeing elements of project delivery and supporting team members.
- A proactive, dependable designer who thrives in a busy, fast-paced, ideas-driven studio.
