The studio is home to a dedicated group of 30 professionals, including architects, interior designers, and master planners, nestled in the creative heart of Clerkenwell. They pride themselves on their diverse portfolio, featuring projects in workplace design, fit-outs, residential buildings, public spaces, and mixed-use developments.

In this pivotal role as a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, playing a critical role in shaping their marketing strategy and brand narrative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in architecture and design marketing to make a significant impact. Fresh ideas are valued, and team members are encouraged to contribute their insights as a Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities for this Marketing Coordinator Role

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, embodying the role of Marketing Coordinator fully.
  • As a Marketing Coordinator, manage and enhance their brand library, including templates, marketing materials, and other resources.
  • Design and produce new marketing materials, such as project information sheets and team CVs, demonstrating the creative capacity of a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Organize and coordinate project photography sessions, a key responsibility for a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Oversee the management of their website content, a crucial task for the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Schedule and manage meetings with their PR agency, a duty aligned with the Marketing Coordinator role.
  • Assist in the development and execution of their social media strategy, showcasing the versatility of a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Monitor social media metrics and track performance, a critical analytical aspect of the Marketing Coordinator role.

Required Skills and Experience for this Marketing Coordinator Role: 

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role within the architecture and design industry
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
  • Experience in managing social media platforms
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
