As Marketing Manager at this renowned luxury studio, you’ll play a pivotal role in the marketing team, serving as the right hand to the Head of Marketing. You’ll be leading junior members, managing diverse responsibilities in marketing, PR, and business development, and will need quick thinking and efficiency across various activities.

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to formulate a comprehensive yearly marketing plan and strategy for the organisation
  • Financial Oversight: Take charge of marketing expenditure for the respective area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources in alignment with strategic goals
  • Digital Campaign Mastery: Oversee and enhance digital marketing campaigns, including social media, with a keen eye on measuring and improving results
  • Event Management Leadership: Assume a lead role in managing internal and external events, ensuring flawless execution and maximum impact
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining adherence to protocols and brand guidelines for sector-leading marketing campaigns

Marketing Manager Role Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience: Possess a rich background with over 6 years of experience in a full mix marketing role, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Educational Background: Ideally, hold a degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Studies to bring theoretical knowledge to practical application
  • Holistic Marketing Proficiency: Showcase a 360 approach to marketing, demonstrating independence in visual and content creation, press relations, event management, online activities, and more
  • Independent Campaign Delivery: Prove a track record of independently delivering marketing campaigns, emphasising self-sufficiency and reliability
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as InDesign and Photoshop, showcasing the ability to navigate digital and print production agencies
