A fast-growing international restaurant brand is building its in-house design team and is seeking a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to support its expansion across London and key European cities. This is a rare opportunity to work client-side on high-profile hospitality interiors, shaping distinctive restaurant environments from concept through to delivery.
Well-established in France, the brand is known for its bold, culturally driven restaurant concepts, including Mexican-inspired dining spaces and premium food and beverage venues. The studio offers a creative, entrepreneurial environment with genuine scope for progression.
The Role
As a Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you’ll play a hands-on role across multiple restaurant projects, leading design development and supporting delivery across all stages. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and suppliers, you’ll help translate strong creative ideas into commercially viable, beautifully executed spaces.
This position suits a designer who is confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing creativity with real-world delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver interior design concepts for luxury hospitality and restaurant projects
Lead design development for culturally inspired F&B environments, including Mexican-themed venues
Produce and coordinate design information from concept through to completion
Present ideas clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders and external partners
Manage multiple live projects, maintaining quality, budget, and programme
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
About You
Proven experience as a Mid-Weight Interior Designer within hospitality or restaurant design
Strong creative and technical design skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualisation tools
Comfortable in a client-facing role and confident presenting design concepts
Proactive, driven, and hands-on, with the ability to take ownership of your work
Organised and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing priorities
