Job Description for this Middle-Weight Interior Designer Role

  • Craft unique concepts tailored to client visions.
  • Develop detailed drawings, mood boards, and models using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
  • Source bespoke materials and finishes, collaborating with top-tier artisans and craftsmen.
  • Contribute to the entire FF&E process, from budget planning to logistics and flawless installation.
  • Assist in producing drawings, preparing tender documentation, and liaising with technical teams and contractors.
  • Maintain design excellence and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Necessary for this Middle-Weight Interior Designer Role

  • Luxury Experience: 3-5 years in the luxury sector.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
  • Visual Storyteller: Exceptional graphic and presentational skills.
  • Project Management Pro: Proven ability to produce tender packages and manage projects under tight deadlines.
  • Go-Getter: Proactive with a keen initiative and stellar organizational skills.
