The Role
You’ll take responsibility for FF&E specifications, sourcing, schedules, client presentations, and ensuring the seamless integration of furniture, finishes, and materials across the project.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing detailed FF&E packages aligned with ultra-luxury project standards
Producing comprehensive schedules, specifications, and material boards
Sourcing high-end products, finishes, and suppliers with confidence
Creating clear, visually strong client presentation documents
Ensuring FF&E aligns with technical design documentation and project requirements
Collaborating closely with senior designers across stages 2–4
About You
You are creative, organised, and highly knowledgeable about the high-end market, with a meticulous approach to FF&E documentation.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience in high-end, luxury interior design environments
Strong FF&E knowledge — suppliers, materials, finishes, bespoke pieces
Experience delivering full FF&E schedules and specifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of specification-writing platforms such as Specsources
Strong eye for detail and design refinement
Motivation to develop into a Senior FF&E Designer
