The Role
As Middleweight Interior Designer, you’ll play a key role within the interiors team, contributing to concept development, technical packages, and client presentations. You’ll be working across all stages of design — from early concept ideas through to on-site coordination — supporting senior team members while taking ownership of your own workstreams.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in interior design, ideally across sports, leisure, or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong technical ability and detailing skills using AutoCAD and Revit
- A proactive approach and a strong eye for design
- Confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations
- Collaborative mindset with an openness to learning and developing new skills
- Ability to balance creativity with technical delivery
